Thibault Vieljeux – (French) Principal Member (Associé), Managing Officer (gérant), Chairman of the Advisory Board and Founder

Thibault worked thirty years in the banking industry before founding his own wealth management firm in Lille (France). Helping others has always been a driver in his life and has never been separated from his professional activities. For more than a decade, Thibault has been active in humanitarian aid and is currently engaged in various projects including one in Madagascar through a private foundation and a school, La Cordée. Thibault is married and the father of four children. He has studied economy and finance in Paris.


Laurence Burger (Swiss) - Managing Officer

Laurence Burger’s legal practice focuses mainly on international dispute resolution in investment  and commercial arbitration. She has considerable experience representing parties in arbitral proceedings and has often been appointed to act as sole arbitrator, president or as a member of an arbitral tribunal.  Since her years working in the US, Laurence has developed a great interest in helping public interest organisations, whether helping asylum seekers obtaining refugee status in New York or currently giving free legal advice to several not-for-profit foundations in Geneva.

Laurence studied law in Fribourg, Switzerland, and graduated cum laude with a bilingual (French/German) law degree. After passing the bar exam in Geneva, Laurence obtained a DESS on Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University Paris II-Assas.


Leena Al Olaimy (Bahrein). Project building and social entrepreneurship.

Leena is a social entrepreneur whose multi-disciplinary journey across corporate, public, civil society sectors and international organisations led her to co-found 3BL Associates, a Bahrain-based people + planet strategy consultancy that was established to re-imagine a more sustainable and regenerative Middle East. Leena is on the Board of Trustees for the Bahrain Foundation for Reconciliation & Civil Discourse; and was previously on HRH Prince El Hassan bin Talal of Jordan's West Asia North Africa (WANA) Forum Advisory Council. She holds a MA in Globalization Studies from Dartmouth College where she studied as a Fulbright scholar; a BSc. in Culture and Communications from New York University; and has studied at Harvard Business School and the THNK School for Creative Leadership in Amsterdam.


Mike Stepek (American): Winston & Strawn

With over 20 years of experience in international law, Mr. Stepek counsels clients on various international commercial, investment and trade matters. Mr. Stepek is a Solicitor in England and Wales and in the United States.  He serves periodically as a faculty member with the Foundation for International Arbitration Advocacy


Thierry Roussin  (Canadian) - Social Innovation and impact development, Aguialab's Founder.

Thierry has an extensive experience in M&A, transformation and innovative business development in various sectors in North America, Europe and Asia, for large multinational organisations and start-ups alike.  He’s currently engaged in building innovative business models that are positive for humanity, as well as in advocacy for selected global challenges, and in pro bono coaching of social entrepreneurs and changemakers active in Europe and Africa.
